Using DPS Consulting

If you would like to use the services of DPS Consulting Request a Start Up Pack and we will e-mail you the various introductory documents which you should complete and return to us.  

This will include our Start-Up Pack, containing further information on our service, Self-Employment Guidelines and Criteria, and the Commencement Schedule.

Upon receipt of your completed Commencement Schedule we will make contact with your Agency or Client, forwarding to them all required statutory documents and company bank account details. 

Once our company details are established on your Agency or Client’s payroll system, we can then commence the billing and payment process.

What is the Invoicing and Payment Process?

We will provide you with an electronic invoice template for use each billing period.

The process will follow:

  1. You submit your Timesheet and our Invoice to your Agency or Client payroll.
  2. At the same time you also send us a copy of the Invoice (by either e-mail or fax).
  3. Your Agency or Client arranges payment for your services by paying on the Invoice raised into our company bank account. 
  4. Once we receive cleared funds, we make payment to you gross (less our invoicing fee) to your bank account.
  5. We send you a Payment Advice via e-mail, confirming that the funds have been transferred into your account.

As self-employed, at the end of each tax year it is your responsibility to manage your own tax affairs and to ensure that you are registered with the appropriate worldwide tax authority in order to satisfy your tax liability.
